How long does setup take, and when do I see my first findings?
Connecting your store takes 2-5 minutes. Day-1 audits surface findings during backfill — you'll see them on your welcome page and in a Day-1 email. Pattern-detection rules unlock as your store accumulates more days of history.
How accurate are the insights? Won't I get buried in noise?
We compare your store to its own past performance, not to generic benchmarks, so normal weekly patterns aren't flagged as problems. Your dashboard shows everything that fires, but email alerts only ping you about the top 3 issues at any moment.
What if my store is brand new and doesn't have much history yet?
You still get value on day one — structural audits (plugin/theme health, stock, checkout config, refund patterns, benchmarks) run regardless of history. Baseline-comparison rules unlock at warning severity from day 7, full critical severity from day 14.
How is this different from Shopify Analytics or GA4?
Dashboards show you data on a chart. Conversion Guardian tells you what's broken, why, and what to do — prioritized by revenue impact.
I'm on WooCommerce, not Shopify. Will this work for me?
Yes — both platforms are first-class. 44 of our 46 detection rules work identically on each. The two WooCommerce-specific ones (plugin and theme health) simply don't run on Shopify since Shopify doesn't have plugins in the same sense.
What integrations are required versus optional?
Required: your store (Shopify or WooCommerce). Optional: GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Meta Ads. The product works without the optional ones — you just don't get the insights that depend on them.
How do you handle data security and GDPR?
Conversion Guardian is GDPR-compliant. Connections to your store are read-only — we cannot modify anything. All credentials and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Pick a plan (Starter $29/mo or Growth $49/mo) and continue, or do nothing — new insights stop, historical insights remain visible read-only. No credit card required to start the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One-click cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on completed billing periods — which is why our trial is 14 days with no card required. Cancel mid-period and you keep access until it ends.
Can I monitor multiple stores from one account?
Our Scale plan ($99/mo, coming soon) supports up to 3 stores from a single dashboard with separate insight feeds per store. Starter and Growth are single-store plans. Join the waitlist on the Scale card and we'll notify you when Scale launches.
